How do I book the Varanasi 2 days 1 night tour?
Send your travel dates, group size and where you arrive from on WhatsApp, by phone or with the quote form. We reply with a written quote that lists what is included and not included. You confirm once you are happy with the plan.
How much does the Varanasi 2 days 1 night tour cost?
Rates depend on your dates, group size, hotel category and the season, so we do not publish one fixed price. Share your plan and we send a written quote with an option for each stay type, so you can compare clearly.
Can the Varanasi 2 days 1 night tour be customised?
Yes. Because the car and guide are private, the plan can be shortened, extended or reordered around your family, mobility, interests and flight or train timings. Tell us what matters and we adjust the itinerary before you pay.
When is the best time to travel?
October to March is the most comfortable season, with Dev Deepawali in November as a special time. Summers are hot, so sightseeing is planned for early mornings and evenings, and the monsoon can restrict the lower ghats and boat routes.
What if the plan changes because of weather, festivals or closures?
Itineraries can shift because of festivals, river levels, security restrictions or temple closures. We always arrange the nearest suitable alternative, tell you in advance and keep the quality of the day the same.
How early should I book?
For October to March and for festivals such as Dev Deepawali or Mahashivratri, book several weeks ahead because hotels near the ghats fill up. Outside the peak season a week is usually enough.
What is covered on day 1 and day 2?
Day 1: Kal Bhairav, Kashi Vishwanath and Annapurna, an evening boat ride, the Ganga aarti, Manikarnika Ghat and Vishwanath Gali. Day 2: Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas, Sankat Mochan, BHU with the New Vishwanath Temple and Bharat Kala Bhavan, a Banarasi breakfast and Sarnath.
Is Bharat Kala Bhavan open every day?
The museum may be closed on some holidays, so we check before your visit and adjust the order of the day if needed.
What time does day 2 start?
Be ready by 7 AM. The temples of south Varanasi are best seen early, and Sarnath is the last stop before departure.
How far is Sarnath from Kashi Vishwanath?
About 10 km. The Dhamek Stupa and the Archaeological Museum are about 11 to 11.5 km from the temple.
Which stay options are available?
You can choose without hotel, a budget 3-star, a heritage haveli or boutique stay near the ghats, or a premium property with Ganga or ghat views. The sightseeing and car stay the same; only the hotel category changes.
Is the private car included for the whole trip?
Yes. The tour uses a private air-conditioned car with a driver for the sightseeing in the plan, including tolls, parking and driver charges. Meals, entry tickets and personal expenses are extra.
Are meals, entry tickets and guide fees included?
Meals are not included unless your quote says so, so you can choose where to eat. Monument and museum entry fees are paid on the spot. Your quote lists every inclusion and exclusion in writing.
Is the Varanasi 2 days 1 night tour suitable for senior citizens and children?
Yes. We can slow the pace, shorten walking distances and choose quieter darshan hours. Please mention any mobility needs, health conditions or dietary preferences when you enquire so we plan the right approach.
What should I wear and carry?
Light, modest clothing with shoulders and knees covered for temples, shoes that are easy to remove, a scarf or stole, sunscreen and a water bottle. Phones, bags and leather items are not allowed inside Kashi Vishwanath, so leave them in the car or at the hotel.
