What we collect

We collect only the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, travel date, number of travellers and message when you send an enquiry, or when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers through this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your booking.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to carry out your booking, such as your name, pickup point and travel date, with the driver, boatman, guide or hotel assigned to you.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
